Let us bring the party to you! Private paint parties are great for all occasions. Our lead artist is a certified art teacher, trained to teach kids and adults! Our parties are perfect for all ages. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bride, new mom, or just want a fun night at home, let us turn your space into an art party! At the end of each event, each guest will take home a personalized painting.

Our goal is to deliver high quality entertainment for your special occasion. Please read the following guidelines to ensure the best party experience:
-Canvas, which you will turn into a masterpiece to take home!
Your deposit amount is $50 for any private party. The deposit will go toward your total amount due one week before your party. You can choose to pay for all guests, or we can create on online payment page for your guests! Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date one time if given at least a week's notice to your party time. Once your party time is confirmed and booked, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which will be due 7 days before your event.
DEPOSIT, TRAVEL AREA, and FEES
Paint parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance. A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking (by invoice), and the remainder is due 7 days before the paint party. Without a paid deposit, your event is not confirmed.
For the prices above, we will travel within a 5 mile radius from Rogers Park, Chicago, IL without assessing additional fees. Please inquire about location when submitting a request. A flat rate travel fee of $50 will be assessed if outside the 5 mile radius.
As a mobile business, we bring the party to you! All parties are held at your location of choice. While we provide all art supplies for your event, unfortunately we do not handle location bookings for you. As the host, be sure that you secure all details with the selected venue, including providing all necessary tables and chairs for the paint party. Please also ensure that we have access to the venue 45 minutes before the event for set up, and 45 hour after the event for clean up.
Set up, clean up, paint time, and painting supplies are all included in the per person cost. Party times are booked in two hour sessions. We also require 45 minutes to set up before event start time, and 45 minutes to clean up, making sure your space is back to its original condition. All parties start on time. Please ensure your guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to painting start time to pick their seat and be ready to start without missing anything.
Party cancellations will be granted 14 days or more before the paint party. All supplies for your party are purchased two weeks before, so it is important that we have ample notice if somethings happens. To cancel, please email us at brentart1 [!at] gmail.com (14 days or more prior to your event) to request a cancellation, and you will be refunded your deposit and any other costs paid.
However, If notice is not given at least 14 days in advance, you will not receive your $50 deposit back, but you will receive a refund of any other amount paid. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and we are no longer able to show up for your private party, we will make every effort to postpone to another date that works for you, or refund you any amount paid.
